At your initial consultation, you will meet with our experienced provider and his staff. During that meeting, he will review your medical history and your goals for family. Afterwards, diagnostic testing will be done to determine baseline fertility. Once testing is completed, your labs will be reviewed and a treatment option that best suits your needs will be determined.
With a fertility assessment, you will undergo a series of tests to help determine your reproductive potential. How Does IVF Work?
In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a complex and multi-step process designed to help individuals and couples conceive a child when traditional methods have not been successful. IVF works by combining eggs and sperm outside the body to create embryos, which are then implanted into the uterus.
The process begins with ovarian stimulation using hormones to produce multiple eggs. Once mature, the eggs are retrieved via a minor surgical procedure. The eggs are then fertilized with sperm in a laboratory, and the resulting embryos are cultured in hope that they will generate a fertilized egg, a good embryo, and ultimately a baby.
Ovulation Induction
After identifying the uniquely “you” factors affecting your fertility, we chart a course of care with you. And sometimes less is more. Without ovulation, pregnancy cannot occur. As part of many infertility treatments, our physician will begin ovarian stimulation to induce ovulation and increase the number of eggs produced in the ovaries. This strategy is a good option to consider for women with ovulatory problems and normal sperm, either from a partner or a donor.
Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI)
Sometimes the egg and the sperm need a little help coming together. With IUI you can increase your chances of the egg and sperm meeting, and ultimately creating LIFE. IUI is a fertility treatment that uses a catheter to place a large number of washed sperm directly into the uterus. The goal of IUI is to increase the number of sperm that reach the fallopian tubes and subsequently increase the chance of fertilization.
IUI provides the sperm an advantage by giving them a head start, but they still have to seek out the egg on their own. IUI is a simple, minimally invasive technique that can be combined with medications to create the optimal timing and conditions for a natural pregnancy to occur.
Egg Freezing / Fertility Preservation
Egg freezing, also known as oocyte cryopreservation, is a procedure offered by Thrive IVF Fertility to help individuals preserve their fertility for future use. This process involves retrieving and freezing eggs (oocytes) to be used at a later date, providing flexibility for those who wish to delay childbearing or need to undergo treatments that may affect their fertility. There are three main steps involved in the egg freezing process.

First, you will need a fertility assessment involving blood tests and an ultrasound where your doctor can determine your current fertility status. Next, you’ll inject medications to stimulate your ovaries to grow as many eggs as possible. And the final step in the egg freezing process is the egg retrieval, where we will collect and freeze your eggs.
Gender Selection / Family Balancing
Couples for many reasons, be it cultural, religious, etc, desire to have a child that is a certain gender. As technology has advanced with IVF, gender selection is possible. Amazingly, scientific advances allow gender selection of future children to be done with near 100% accuracy.
Gender selection can be an add-on service to IVF for an infertile couple or the sole reason to proceed with IVF. Doing gender selection via PGT and IVF results in transferring embryos of the desired sex with over 98% accuracy. That said, it is a remarkably beautiful tool for those looking to build their family in such a way.

Sperm Donors and Gay Male Couples
Per Thrive IVF Fertility policy developed in accordance with the FDA and ASRM requirements, known sperm donors and gay male couples are required to quarantine sperm. Thrive IVF Fertility couples must use a FDA approved cryobank to ensure the testing and cryopreservation of sperm is performed with the highest standards.
Thrive IVF Fertility does not do in house quarantine. Thrive IVF Fertility partners with gestational carrier agencies and phycological agencies. Medical evaluations of the selected candidate is then performed at Thrive IVF.

Donor egg treatment is defined as an in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle in which a person with female reproductive organs uses another person’s eggs (the donor) rather than their own.

FemaSeed Intratubal Insemination
Sometimes the egg and sperm need a little help coming together. FemaSeed is a fertility treatment that uses ultrasound guidance to deliver prepared sperm into a selected fallopian tube, closer to where fertilization happens. Unlike IUI, which places washed sperm directly into the uterus, FemaSeed targets sperm delivery toward a fallopian tube to support the opportunity for fertilization.
FemaSeed may be an option for some patients experiencing low sperm count or unexplained fertility challenges. The procedure does not require egg retrieval or laboratory fertilization, and it can be coordinated with ovulation timing. Ovarian platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment uses a concentrated portion of your own blood, containing platelets and growth factors, which is injected into the ovaries under ultrasound guidance. Researchers are studying whether ovarian PRP can affect ovarian function in people with diminished ovarian reserve or a poor response to fertility medication.
Ovarian PRP remains an experimental procedure, and its ability to improve egg quality, pregnancy rates, or live birth rates has not been established.
